Meet the team
16 years experience in restoration, custom builds, fabrication, welding and general auto repair. Currently working toward his ASE certification.
20 years experience as a certified master tech from the 1980's until the early 2000's , proficient in pre-module diagnsostic trees and antiquated systems.
18 years in the field, 10 years in diesel alone, ASE master tech cercitification. NAPA autocare certification program has also certified him in diesel, electric vehicle, suspension, EPA 609 air conditioning, brakes, lube tech, HVAC, powertrain, electrical diagnostic, Chevy 3.4 and fuel delivery
ABOUT US
Tip & Chai's Automotive service is comprised of a three man army, Chai Tobar-Dupres, Tony Aguirre and Bryan Roseland.The three met one another 4 years ago in recovery, Chai was their sober house manager. They have remained friends ever since and only now have decided to combine their skill sets to open up their own shop. Bryan obtained his ASE master mechanic certification at age 18 and has been working in the industry for 18 years. His continuing education with NAPA autocare certification program has also certified him in diesel, electric vehicle, suspension, EPA 609 air conditioning, brakes, lube tech, HVAC, powertrain, electrical diagnostic, Chevy 3.4 and fuel delivery. Tony Aguire worked as an ASE certified master tech from the 1980's until the early 2000's and contributes invaluable pre-module knowledge and diagnostic tree skills to the table. Chai has spent the past 16 years deeply fascinated and engrossed with classic car restoration, he has done body, paint, fabrication, welding, engine rebuilding and general repair. He also is in school to obtain his ASE certification.Together the three are a car repair and building powerhouse, no job is too big or too small.
